Features
The real editor surface, not a feature checklist
Every group below maps to working panels and commands in the desktop editor. Together they cover the full path from media discovery to a verified render.
Edit and shape the timeline
Select, split, trim, rate-stretch, group, nest, track-push, mark ranges, add markers, and place transitions with frame snapping.
Find and organize media
Import video, audio, images, and subtitles; inspect detected scenes, search indexed footage semantically, then drag an exact range into the edit.
Transcripts and multilingual captions
Transcribe selected media, navigate word timing, create editable caption cues, import or export subtitle files, and run caption-quality checks.
Role-based sound mixing
Mix dialogue, music, ambience, and effects with role gain, mute and solo, live RMS/peak meters, per-track gain, EQ, monitor, and master controls.
Effects, color, and transitions
Build per-layer effect chains, apply directional and creative transitions, and grade with built-in LUT looks from a dedicated color workspace.
Keyframes, motion, and Motifs
Animate parameters with Auto-key, curves, and a dope sheet; save motion/easing presets and expose reusable controls on motion clips and Motifs.
Optional AI that runs locally
Generate speech and music or enhance footage with frame interpolation and upscaling, while downloaded models and outputs stay under local control.
Agent edits with visible history
Use the built-in Agent workspace or connect an external MCP client. Both edit through the same typed mutation, validation, and history path as the UI.
Preview, render, and deliver
Preview and export share compositor math. Preflight media, queue multiple renders, pause, reorder, retry, and deliver video, audio, frames, or subtitles.
Verified in the desktop editor
19 real panels. One project state. Try the workflows.
This is a guided, interactive map of the editor that exists in the repository today — not a speculative product mockup. Choose a workflow, then step through what changes in the shared timeline.
Cut, move, and retime with frame confidence
The timeline combines familiar direct manipulation with explicit tools for blade cuts, rate stretching, grouped movement, nested sequences, markers, and transitions.
